Patricia Quiddington is a professional certified coach and facilitator with over twenty years of experience at all levels of the organization. Patricia has conducted post-graduate studies in Organizational Psychology, brings a strong international business background to her work, and has consulted to corporations, institutions, private individuals, and high net worth families for several years. She is fully qualified in various assessment tools and offers a psychometric foundation to both her coaching and facilitation deliveries.

Oliver Quiddington

Oliver is a professional coach, having joined Blue Arbor in 2019. He brings over 20 years of industry experience in various cross-cultural, management roles in operational, commercial and entrepreneurial settings. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics & Politics and an M.B.A. (Distinction) with specialism in Business Strategy, SHRM and Cross-Cultural Leadership. He is an accredited ICF (ACC) coach, having conducted his training through Brown University’s Leadership Coaching program. He has a Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
